Is your HVAC
quote fair?

Upload 1–3 contractor quotes. We read them, check the contractor's license, and tell you what we can confirm and what we can't.

We don't keep your files or photos.

Your privacy

Three things to know. The full policy is one click away.

  • What we keep

Not your files, photos, or their filenames. We keep what we read from them: equipment details, prices, and our findings. We work to keep names and addresses out, but reading documents isn't perfect, so a personal detail could still slip through.

  • How long

After 30 days we delete the full text of your documents and remove the descriptive text and any drafted message from your result. Amounts, statuses and findings stay so your link keeps working. Your IP address is deleted within two days.

  • Your controls

Delete a result any time from its page, in the browser you used to create it. Anyone with a result's link can view it, so share it only with people you trust.

Anthropic and database retention terms are in the full policy.Full privacy policy
